1 . Precast Buildings
We offer fully precast buildings in either solid wall or insulated external wall construction. Precast buildings are ideally suited for construction of labour accommodation, commercial buildings, majilis, marriage halls, schools, auditoriums, workshops etc. With precast buildings NCP offers Fast track construction, total subcontract package and high ROI.
2 . Semi Precast Buildings
Semi precast building structure consists of cast-in- situ column Beam construction and uses masonry block walls, along with pre stressed hollow core slabs for floors. Staircase and Parapets either with cast -in- situ or precast.It allows customers to have the benefit of fast track construction and economy of cost offering high return on investment, consistency and high quality finish.
3 . Other Precast Structures
We offer precast electrical substations with the required specification complying with AADC, ADDC & ADWEA standards. LPG gas stations as per ADNOC standards: Bird houses and other enclosures.
